The theatre in Calgary, in conjunction with Lamplighter Drama, is proud to present this family musical. The musical is running now through the end of February.
YYC Hot Chocolate Fest The five annual YYC Hot Chocolate Fest is coming to downtown Calgary! From February 1st through the 28th, local eateries will be competing to create Calgary’s best hot chocolate.
The month long festival will have participating coffee shops, restaurants, chocolatiers, and hotels feature their best hot chocolate drinks for a friendly competition. Plus, partial proceeds from each drink will benefit Calgary Meals on Wheels clients and programs.
Customers are encouraged to vote for the best hot chocolate online.
Wanderlust Culinary Escape Series Throughout the month of February, Catch restaurant will be celebrating the romantic cuisine from France. Enjoy a unique Oyster Bar each Friday in February. February 5, 12, 19 and 26, 2016 A three course dinner for two and bottle of regional wine is $130 (plus tax and tip).

Canada’s Top Ten Film Festival For the second consecutive year, the Calgary International Film Festival, Globe Cinema, and the Toronto International Film Festival, are partnering to bring Canada’s Top Ten Film Festival to Calgary. The festival will be held February 4-7, 2016. Panelists have chosen the top ten films, highlighting the best in 2015 Canadian Cinema.
Some of the films that will be featured at the film festival are ‘My internship in Canada,’ ‘Our Loved Ones,’ ‘Into the Forest,’ ‘Sleeping Giant,’ and ‘My American Cousin.’ Tickets are about $10 a piece, or you can choose to buy a five pack for $40.
