Georgina De Caigny and Andi Scheibenstock opened Yamnuska, a nonprofit wolfdog sanctuary, in July of 2011.
This was around the time that it started becoming more popular to keep wolfdogs as pets in Canada.

The Sanctuary Walk allows you to visit the sanctuary and observe different wolf packs at your own pace.
The minimum age for this tour is 6 years old and drop-ins are welcome.
