Calgary Food Tours was founded by award-winning cookbook author, Karen Anderson, in 2006. A division of Alberta Food Tours Inc., Calgary Food Tours connects people with "local food, chefs, artisans and farmers", providing them with a unique and fun culinary experience.

Calgary Food Tours are highly rated on Trip Advisor and were finalists for Best Culinary Experience in Canada at the Canadian Tourism awards.

"We had a fabulous time on tour. All of the local merchants were fully engaged, very informed and entertaining," said Jackie Nixon, who rated her experience on Trip Advisor. "We came away with a love for the entire community, and a much better knowledge of what it has to offer. Our host, Jenny, was terrific. It was like spending the day with a friend."

These events are a great way for foodies visiting Calgary to experience the food scene in different neighborhoods and learn about the city's rich history, architecture, culture, and culinary insight from the locals.
